Last year, we were incredibly proud to take home the Social Impact Award at the Insider Property Awards in Lancashire for our work on the Fleetwood Community Hub. The project was a true reflection of our values in action – placing people, place, and purpose at the heart of the build. From creating a welcoming, multi-functional space for local residents to driving training and employment opportunities throughout the project, the recognition highlighted the meaningful, long-term impact that construction can have when rooted in community needs. Winning this award was a standout moment for our team and continues to inspire the way we approach every project.
