As part of our multi-site leisure development project with South Ribble Borough Council, Krol Corlett Group is progressing well at Leyland Leisure Centre—one of three centres being refurbished as part of this transformative investment in local health and wellbeing facilities.

Key Works Underway
Significant upgrades are taking shape across the site, with ongoing works including:
🏢 A newly built reception area featuring modern flooring, lighting, and high-quality FF&E
🚪 A reconfigured entrance and draught lobby, designed to improve accessibility and create additional waiting space
👀 A sleek glazed pool viewing screen and upgraded spectator area to enhance user experience
🚿 Fully refurbished wet-side changing facilities, offering improved comfort and functionality
🚻 Upgraded male and female WCs, including enhancements to dry-side amenities across both wet and dry zones
Live Environment Delivery
Delivering a project of this scale within an operational leisure centre demands careful planning and precision. Our team has worked closely with centre management to phase closures of wet and dry areas, reroute public access using hoarding solutions, and install curtain walling around active swimming areas—ensuring safety and minimising disruption for centre users.
Community Focus
This project is one element of a wider commitment to investing in community wellbeing and active lifestyles. We’re proud to play a role in revitalising much-used public assets and delivering high-quality spaces that meet the needs of modern users.
