Project of the Year – Tiber Community

Our nomination for Building Project of the Year is especially meaningful, recognising the transformative Tiber Community Building Project in Toxteth, Liverpool.

Delivered with Condy Lofthouse Architects, this wasn’t just a construction project, it was a collaborative effort with young people and local partners to co-create a vibrant, multi-use space designed by and for the community.

More than a building, it became a platform for real impact:

Empowering young people through hands-on involvement, boosting skills, confidence and experience
Creating a safe, inclusive space for connection, sport and creativity
📣 Amplifying youth voices in shaping their environment and future

The result is a facility that’s already making a difference – but its true legacy lies in the lives it continues to benefit.
