Neil Hoey, Construction Director
“It’s been another busy and rewarding month across our sites and teams. At Birch House, part of Clatterbridge Hospital, roof replacement works are progressing well, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to delivering complex projects within live healthcare environments.
Meanwhile, we’re proud to mark the completion and handover of Alder Park – a fantastic scheme now captured in our latest case study. Welcoming the Alder Hey Youth Forum to site was a particularly meaningful moment, highlighting how social value and genuine community engagement help shape the places we build.
Looking ahead, we are preparing for yet another extremely busy summer with some exciting projects kicking off across the northwest and beyond. I’m also pleased to see our next mental health workshop taking shape. Creating a culture of support and awareness across our sites and offices is something we take seriously, and I’m proud of how actively our teams are engaging in this vital work, so watch out on our socials for details”.
