Liverpool City Council procured our services via the RISE framework agreement, kicking off a remarkable journey spanning three phases of extensive refurbishment. Our mission? To transform classrooms, restrooms, corridors, and even create a brand-new IT suite, all for the benefit of the city’s students.

Throughout this exciting project, we’ve implemented various enhancements, such as:

• New Windows: Bringing in natural light and a fresh outlook.
• Flooring: Providing a solid foundation for learning and movement.
• Complete M&E Overhaul: Ensuring efficient and modern mechanical and electrical systems.
• Air Conditioning Vents: Keeping everyone comfortable year-round.
• Decoration: Adding a touch of creativity to brighten up the spaces.

Meanwhile, to minimise disruptions, we set up temporary porta cabin classrooms during the renovation. We also adapted adult toilets for the little ones in reception while their own facilities underwent changes.

Collaboration was at the heart of this project, working closely with several local approved supply chain businesses, fostering community ties and contributing to the local economy.

As well as working closely with Liverpool City Council, we also sought input from those who would actually be using the classrooms and facilities. Their feedback helped us maximise the value we delivered.

The scheme has been a resounding success, and we’ve since begun Phase 3 of this journey.
