Another Fantastic Year At Education Estates & IHEEM For Team KC In Manchester!

This October, Team KC across Liverpool, Manchester and Preston came together for two of the top industry events of the year in Manchester.

Healthcare Estates (IHEEM) – 21st & 22nd October

Both events are jam packed with insightful talks across all areas of our industry, networking opportunities and great discussions around what fantastic schemes are planned for the upcoming year!

Education Estates

Team KC kicked off the day with the Fairhurst and jmarchitects Breakfast Events in Deansgate before heading over to the conference to see industry friends and partners.

It was great to see GEM (Good Estates Management) Framework Ltd, AEW Architects, DAY Project Management, AtkinsRealis and Bradbury Consulting.

Education is one of Krol Corlett’s most most experienced sectors working across Early Years to Higher Education institutions.

Our experience spans across the North West and beyond with various projects in different specialties including SEN, Heritage, New Build and Refurbishment.

Healthcare Estates (IHEEM)

Team KC started the day at Downtown in Business’ IHEEM Breakfast with Steven A Hunt & Associates with a fantastic panel of speakers – Paul Fitzpatrick, Andrew Rodgers and Louise Zeniou – on social value, decarbonisation and collaboration between the wider project team.

It was a great opportunity for the team to catch-up with some of our fantastic clients and partners including 10architect, Arcadis, AtkinsRealis, DAY PM, DAY CM, DAY Architectural, Walker Sime, Ridge and Partners, Gilling and Dod Architects to name a few!

Healthcare is another one of Krol Corlett’s most extensive areas of expertise and aim to enrich the community we serve through our hospital projects by delivering a place where people can improve their health and recover in the correct environment.
