“Our focus on value and performance has always appealed to our public sector clients, but it’s particularly pleasing to announce wins that cover a range of our specialisms,”
“A key strength is our ability to put proper organisational resources behind every job, regardless of size. Not everyone can do that and it’ll be a key feature of our performance on the Lancashire framework, for sure.”

Wirral Met College 12 Quays Project
Krol Corlett has began works on the £4m project at the 12 Quays Campus of Wirral Met College which will consist of a new Teaching Block and Vehicle Workshop and is set to go on for the next 38 weeks whilst the wider campus remains operational.
The project will strengthen the college’s technical training offer, providing a fully equipped space where learners can gain the practical, hands-on experience that employers value.
We are proud to have some of KC’s existing apprentices, as well as apprentices from the college to help deliver this project.

Accrington Town Market & Burton Chambers Projects
Krol Corlett awarded the £10.5m project in partnership with Hyndburn Council that consist of the renovation works of the two venues as part of the £70m Accrington Town Centre Masterplan, a landmark regeneration scheme supported by the government.
Krol Corlett will undertake the fit-out of the town’s Market Hall, which will be transformed into a vibrant food and drink destination, and Burton Chambers, set to become a modern 19,000 sq ft co-working hub.
