Challenges

IMG 5915

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in Leeds City Centre is a five-storey live office block, used by other global brands such as Burberry.

To ensure a smooth and seamless project, Krol Corlett co-ordinated meticulous delivery times to ensure disruption to other building occupiers remained minimal.

The entire development remained carefully synchronised around the first-floor FCA work area for the entire six-week scheme.

The communication process and close partnerships developed by Krol Corlett during the build were key factors in delivering this successful and time-efficient project.

“Krol Corlett demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and professionalism in managing the site throughout the project. Their proactive approach ensured smooth progress, effective communication, and timely resolutions to any challenges that arose.

We were extremely satisfied with both the quality and service provided, which exceeded our expectations. Their commitment to excellence made a significant impact, and we would be happy to recommend them and would definitely work with them again in the future.”
