Continued Growth in Preston
Our Preston office has continued to grow, strengthening Krol Corlett’s presence across Lancashire and supporting our expanding portfolio of projects throughout the region. This growth reflects our commitment to building strong local relationships, investing in our people and creating new opportunities, while providing clients and communities with a dedicated local presence.
As our Preston team continues to expand, we are increasing our ability to deliver high-quality construction projects across the region while creating meaningful social value through employment, apprenticeships, community engagement and local supply chain opportunities.
Cottam Primary School
Working in partnership with Lancashire County Council, our work at Cottam Primary School delivered a range of new and improved facilities, including a new nursery, fully electric kitchen, power upgrade, car park, MUGA and sports store.
Delivered within a live school environment, the project required careful planning and collaboration to minimise disruption while creating lasting benefits for pupils, staff and the wider community. For Krol Corlett, it demonstrates our commitment to delivering meaningful social impact alongside high-quality construction.
Looking Ahead
Being shortlisted for Construction Business of the Year alongside recognition for the Social Impact achieved at Cottam Primary School is a fantastic reflection of the hard work of our teams and project partners.
