Our appointments include:
• General Construction: Bands 3 & 4
• Refurbishment: Band 3
These bands cover projects ranging in value from £1m to £15m, highlighting our capability to deliver schemes of varying scale and complexity.
This achievement reflects the continued dedication, expertise, and hard work of our teams across the business.
Rise Framework Launch
Krol Corlett attended the Rise Framework Launch 2026 at Boxpark, Liverpool. It was an inspiring event bringing together industry leaders, innovators, and forward-thinkers shaping the future of construction and development.
The launch highlighted new approaches to working together more efficiently, with a strong focus on creating lasting social value for communities. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with partners, share insights, and look ahead to the impact this framework will create.
Procure Partnerships Framework
Krol Corlett have been appointed to the £1.2bn Procure Partnerships Framework North West Contractor Framework that will cover projects across the region over the next four years.
Krol Corlett Special Projects:
Lot 1 – £50k-£500k
Krol Corlett Construction:
Lot 2 – £500k-£1m
We have been successfully awarded Lot 1 and Lot 2, covering key general construction projects, enabling us to deliver high-quality, impactful projects for public sector clients.
Procure Partnerships Framework Launch
Krol Corlett was proud to attend the Procure Partnerships Framework Launch for the new North West Contractor Framework.
