The week began on Monday evening with a dinner hosted by Downtown in Business and Steven Hunt Associates, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow industry professionals and strengthen relationships ahead of the event.
Tuesday began with the FBE Breakfast, sponsored by Krol Corlett Group, bringing together professionals from across the healthcare and built environment sectors. This was followed by the Krol Corlett Lunch, where we welcomed our valued partners and friends for a relaxed opportunity to catch up and enjoy great company.
Each event provided a valuable opportunity to build connections, strengthen industry relationships and celebrate the partnerships that support our work across the healthcare sector.

Krol Corlett Group at Education Estates 2026
We kicked off the week by sponsoring a Downtown in Business dinner on Monday evening, bringing together industry professionals for great conversation and company.
On Tuesday morning, we sponsored the Downtown in Business Breakfast, featuring an excellent panel of speakers from across the education sector:
- Gill Banks – Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Wirral Met College
- Ruth Slater – Dean, Wrexham University Business School
- Elaine Bowker – Principal and Chief Executive, The City of Liverpool College
- Claire Twaites – Executive Director of Estates & Campus Services (Interim), University of Lancashire
The discussion offered valuable insight into the priorities and challenges shaping the future of education.
Celebrating Our Education Partnerships
We also hosted the KC Lunch with friends and partners, enjoying great company and catching up away from the conference floor. It was a relaxed opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new ones and talk about the projects and ambitions we share across the education sector.
Throughout the conference at Team KC made the most of the exhibition floor and stage programme, catching up with partners including AtkinsRéalis, MAC Construction Consultants and Ridge and Partners.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us at the dinner, breakfast and lunch, and to all those who stopped to chat throughout the day. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to next year!
