Project Scope
Set within the Parkhaven Trust estate, this 20,000 sq ft development will deliver specialist nursing care and features 13 parking spaces along with sensory gardens across the wider 36-acre site on Liverpool Road South.
Designed by Condy Lofthouse, the scheme comprises a traditional brick-and-block construction on an insulated pre-cast concrete slab, topped with a timber truss roof.
Each bedroom includes an ensuite and incorporates a range of digital technologies to support both service users and staff.

This is a replacement for the building that we currently occupy on Deyes Lane and will provide state-of-the-art facilities for our service users and staff.”
Works Underway!
Preparatory works are now underway, with the full build scheduled for completion in mid-autumn 2026.
