The chosen charity for the 2025 Krol Corlett Christmas Toy Drive was Cash for Kids Liverpool. Across the region, 1 in 6 children wake up on Christmas morning to no presents, a stark reality the charity works tirelessly to address by supporting families facing financial hardship.

Supporting initiatives like this forms an important part of our wider social value commitments, and we are proud to play a small role in making a positive difference within our local communities.

The festive build-up continued with our annual Secret Santa, which once again proved to be a firm favourite across the business. Colleagues embraced the spirit of Christmas by exchanging gifts, creating plenty of memorable moments and laughter in the offices.

The initiative is a simple but effective way to strengthen connections between teams, encourage interaction across different roles, and inject some fun into the working day during an otherwise busy period.

Our Christmas dinners gave teams the opportunity to reflect on the successes of the past year, recognise individual and collective achievements, and thank everyone for their continued commitment and contribution to Krol Corlett.

Sharing a meal together is always a valued tradition and reinforces the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie that runs throughout the business.

The festive celebrations were rounded off with the KC Christmas night out, where colleagues from across the company came together to celebrate and mark the end of another successful year for Krol Corlett.
