Judging focuses on key areas including minimising environmental impact, supporting workforce welfare, and delivering positive engagement with local communities. These measures ensure that successful projects not only meet technical standards but also create meaningful social value.
Recipients are selected based on scores from Considerate Constructors Scheme monitor visits, with awards granted to projects that consistently perform to a high standard throughout delivery.
