A New Home for Liverpool Zoe’s Place
Krol Corlett is proud to have been appointed to deliver the project and is delighted to begin work on a facility that will play such a vital role in the region.
The appointment marks a significant milestone not only for the charity, but also for the wider Liverpool community, whose remarkable generosity and fundraising efforts have helped make the new hospice a reality.
Work is set to commence this month on the new Liverpool hospice for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice Liverpool, with completion scheduled for early 2027.
KC Project Scope
The £6m development, located on Haymans Green in West Derby, will transform the site into a dedicated, purpose-built facility designed to provide specialist care and support for babies and young children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
The project will involve the construction of a 6,700 sq ft extension to the existing two-storey townhouse, which will also be fully refurbished to create a new administration block.
A Bright Future Ahead!
Once complete, the purpose-built facility will provide a modern, welcoming and highly supportive environment, securing the long-term future of essential children’s palliative care services and ensuring families across the region continue to receive the specialist support they need.
The new extension will also provide high-quality hospice accommodation, including specialist clinical spaces and overnight stay facilities for children, parents and carers, helping to ensure families can remain together in comfort and dignity during the most challenging times.

Krol Corlett is committed to leaving a lasting positive impact on the local community.
The appointment strengthens an established partnership, with the team having supported the charity through events including Tough Mudder, The 150 Club and the upcoming Liverpool Half Marathon.
Throughout the project, Krol Corlett will continue to prioritise social value by creating and sustaining local employment and apprenticeship opportunities, engaging with schools and community groups, and supporting regional supply chain partners, ensuring the generosity shown across Liverpool translates into meaningful long-term benefit for the city.
200 Miles For Liverpool Zoe’s Place
In March 2026, 15 members of the Krol Corlett team will take on the Liverpool Half Marathon, collectively running more than 200 miles in support of Liverpool Zoe’s Place.
The challenge forms part of the team’s broader commitment to the charity, reinforcing the close relationship between the organisations and helping to raise both awareness and vital funds for the essential care and support Liverpool Zoe’s Place provides to babies, children and their families across Liverpool.
