Krol Corlett's £7 Million Triumph in Education

Thrilled to announce the latest three new contract wins in the education sector, collectively valued at £7+ million.

Our Preston office will lead the construction of an innovative digital skills and engineering block at Bolton College‘s Deane Road Campus, while also undertaking the ambitious remodelling of the CLC Building at Witton Park Academy.

Simultaneously, our Liverpool team is strengthening our key partnership with

University of Liverpool – as we foster innovation and excellence in a raft of new projects wins across the estate.

WINNING THE DOUBLE AT WEMBLEY!

Krol Corlett team scooped Gold Award for National ‘Contractor of the Year’, as well as the Silver for ‘Restoration Project of the Year’!

We were honoured to be celebrating with the best of the UK’s Building and Construction Industry at the prestigious Hilton, Wembley for National Building & Construction Awards.

Latest Case Study - Home Bargains revival

It was an ambitious scheme, featuring an 8,000 sq ft extension expanding the store’s footprint to an impressive 23,000 sq ft. This not only revitalised the local community but also contributed to the economic growth of the broader Liverpool City Region.

We are again entrusted as main contractors for National Museums Liverpool’s Walker Art Gallery Phase II, handling external refurbishment and restoration works.

This iconic Grade II listed landmark heritage site houses one of the most important art collections in the country, featuring world-class paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts spanning from the 13th century to the present day.
