Krol Corlett finalists in RICS Heritage Awards

Krol Corlett are delighted to announce our RICS North West nomination, recognising our scheme at Liverpool Hope University Hermitage and Cloisters buildings.

The nomination in the prestigious Heritage category is a testament to the exceptional contribution in preserving and revitalising these Grade II* listed landmarks. Through meticulous restoration work, the project seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern functionality, while also respecting the integrity of the surrounding conservation area.

Daniel Tebay, Director at Krol Corlett, said it was a collaborative effort:

“Heritage and restoration has been a key part of Krol Corlett’s business offering for many years and the successful delivery of the clients and design teams’ vision on Hermitage and Cloisters is a testament to the knowledge, experience and collaboration of all stakeholders throughout the process.  The project was delivered while still navigating the C-19 pandemic and we are incredibly proud to have been able to be involved in bringing this historic Grade II* listed building back into use”

This nomination underscores the dedication of Krol Corlett and Liverpool Hope University to upholding the highest standards of heritage preservation and restoration. Our shared vision and relentless pursuit of excellence have earned us a well-deserved place on the prestigious shortlist.

As anticipation builds for the finals, we extended congratulations to all nominees, celebrating the spirit of innovation and excellence.
