Celebrating Success
Krol Corlett took a trip down to Park Lane, London to celebrate success amongst many industry friends clients and partners at the RICS Awards 2025.
We didn’t collect an award this time, however we are proud to of been named with many of the industry’s best!
We are delighted to be recognised for our work with Tiber Community and the fantastic new facility they have to support the work they do within the Toxteth community.
Community Benefit
The Tiber Community Building has set a new benchmark for youth-led community development, demonstrating how meaningful engagement results in spaces that truly serve their purpose.
KC worked closely with TYPSG, local organisations and community leaders to ensure Tiber reflected the needs of the community.
The project’s impact is evident in it’s ability to engage over 1,200 young people per week, offering them opportunities for personal development, education, and community involvement.
