Informative & educational day spent at Lancaster University – recently ranked 1st in the North West and top 10 in The Complete University Guide 2024.

The super talented estates team shared ed details of their General Building Framework and all things relating to the critical importance of sustainability and carbon net zero. 

Wherever we work, we take time to fully understand the individual needs of each partner. Craig Ward, Contracts Manager based at our Preston Office & Michelle Eager enjoyed a tour of the estate comprising some 250 buildings/units, across 230 hectares, covering diverse accommodation, social, retail, science, commercial, teaching, research, and major plant and building service units to boot.
