Welcome to the Krol Corlett Monthly Newsletter
February 2026 Edition
Neil Hoey, Construction Director
“As we move further into the year, it’s encouraging to see strong progress across projects in Manchester, Cheshire and Stoke-On-Trent, reflecting both the reach of the business and the consistent delivery of our site teams.
The two Wirral Met College extensions continue to progress well, creating modern, inspiring spaces for future generations, while at Accrington Town Square we’re carefully conserving the historic Market Hall alongside the revitalisation of the Burton Chambers retail unit.
It’s an exciting time for Krol Corlett as we prepare to attend MIPIM (The International Market for Real Estate Professionals) this year, creating valuable opportunities to connect with industry peers and explore what’s next for the built environment.
Alongside this, it’s encouraging to see the continued commitment of our people to social value initiatives beyond the day job. With strong progress already underway, it’s been a positive start to the year and I’m excited to see what lies ahead for the business.”
