Team KC at Housing 2026!
It was great for Team KC to be at a very sunny Housing 2026 in Manchester this year, catching up with familiar faces and making new connections across the sector.
The conference provided a fantastic opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing housing and regeneration, while strengthening relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
These conversations enabled the team to exchange ideas, gain valuable insights into current industry challenges and opportunities, and explore potential partnerships for future projects.
Day One
The week started with a Downtown in Business & Sutcliffe Breakfast Panel with an insightful panel with Nuala Gallagher, Liverpool City Council, and Danielle Gillespie, Homes England.
The discussion highlighted key issues shaping the housing and regeneration sector, including the importance of partnerships, investment, planning, infrastructure, and the delivery of sustainable communities to support long-term growth.
Later in the day, the conversations continued around current projects at our Krol Corlett client lunch in Rudy’s.
Day Two
Day Two began with an insightful Education Estates Leaders Breakfast hosted by Ridge the University of Salford, Education Compliance Solutions and Legacy Governance Solutions, who shared valuable expertise and insights across the education sector.
The morning also featured a breakfast hosted by Anderton Gables and Adept Consulting Engineers, providing a valuable opportunity for attendees to connect and continue conversations with industry peers. Followed on closely by the annual Markhams event for an afternoon of networking.
Looking Ahead
As our time at the Housing event came to a close, it was fantastic to reflect on two days of insightful discussions, valuable networking opportunities, and meaningful conversations with leaders from across the sector.
Krol Corlett specialise in the regeneration of areas across the UK with expertise across multiple sectors.
As a business, we recognise the increasingly important role housing plays within wider regeneration programmes and the creation of sustainable communities.
