Double Nomination for Krol Corlett at the North West Regional Construction Awards 2025

Last week, the Krol Corlett Group team attended the North West Regional Construction Awards 2025, where we were proud to be shortlisted in two significant categories:

  • Contractor of the Year

  • Building Project of the Year – for the Tiber Community Building Project, delivered in partnership with Condy Lofthouse Architects

While we didn’t take home a trophy this time, it was a genuine honour to be recognised alongside some of the most inspiring contractors, consultants and projects from across the region.

Being named a finalist is a testament to the hard work, values and dedication of our entire team.

Our shortlisting for Contractor of the Year offered a moment to reflect on a remarkable year of delivery.

Beyond the Tiber project, we’re incredibly proud of the breadth and impact of our 2024 portfolio, ranging from education and healthcare to community and commercial developments.

Every project has been a true team effort, shaped by our dedicated people and the valued input of our partners, consultants, and clients.

Being recognised in this category reinforces our belief that what we build is not just physical, but cultural-founded on trust, quality, social impact, and long-term relationships.

‘Krol Corlett’s submission highlights excellence in people development, collaboration, and sustainability. Collaborative partnerships across key projects and digital systems ensure efficient, transparent delivery.

Guided by a carbon reduction plan, Krol Corlett delivers lasting social value and operational efficiency – demonstrating a future focused, people-driven approach to construction excellence’.

The Tiber Community Building Project being recognised in the Building Project of the Year category was especially meaningful.

Developed with and for young people in Toxteth, this project was more than a build, it was a journey of co-creation, empowerment, and community legacy.

Delivered in partnership with Condy Lofthouse Architects, the project involved the creation of a new multi-use community space, designed with the direct involvement of the young people who now use it.

But more than that, it became a platform for learning, leadership and opportunity, embedding purpose into every stage of design and delivery.

We were delighted to share the evening with guests from Condy Lofthouse Architects, the Tiber Community, and RISE Framework.

Their support, partnership and shared values were instrumental in shaping the Tiber project and our wider success over the past year, thank you for joining us to mark the occasion.

We’d also like to extend our congratulations to this year’s winners. The standard of work across the region is truly outstanding, and we’re proud to be part of such a resilient, collaborative and forward-thinking sector.

Here’s to continued progress and to building impact, together.
