A Major Milestone
We’re delighted to share some exciting progress from our site at Hayman’s Green, West Derby, where the steel frame for the new Little Lights Liverpool Baby Hospice (formally Liverpool Zoe’s Place) is now taking shape.
The erection of the structural steel marks a major milestone in the programme, providing the framework for the building and signalling the project’s transition into its next phase of construction. It’s fantastic to see the hospice beginning to take shape after months of planning and preparation.
Every milestone brings us closer to completing this purpose-built facility, which will provide a dedicated space for babies, infants, and their families to access specialist support within the Liverpool City Region and beyond.
Little Lights Baby Hospice
Little Lights Liverpool is a charity dedicated to creating Liverpool’s first purpose-built baby hospice, providing specialist palliative, respite, and end-of-life care for babies and infants with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
The new hospice will provide families with a dedicated space to access specialist care and support closer to home. Designed to meet the unique needs of babies and infants with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, it will offer a welcoming environment where families can receive expert care, spend valuable time together, and access respite and emotional support throughout their journey.
