National Project Highlights
In 2024, we delivered many award-winning key projects across the UK, Bolton College, Liverpool John Moores University, Rochdale Hospital (NCA), TJ Morris Leicester, Fleetwood Hub, Cottam Primary School, Liverpool City College and so many more…
Looking ahead, we are excited about projects still to come and those continuing into 2025, including Stoke College, The Brindley Theatre, Alder Hey Hospital, Ronald McDonald House Charities… all reinforcing our commitment to building better structures & communities nationwide.
Awards and Recognition
2024 was a year of recognition, with Krol Corlett winning ‘Social Impact Award’ at the Insider Lancashire Property Awards, ‘Contribution to Liverpool Award’ at Downtown in Business, alongside a series of wonderful nominations. These accolades reflect our positive community impact.
Strengthening Social Value throughout in 2025
Our team raised significant funds for key causes in 2024:
- Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity’ – ‘Strictly’ directly raised £10,000
- NSPCC ‘London Marathon’ directly raised £12,000
- Ronald McDonald Charity House collectively raised over £226, 000
- Claire House Children’s Hospice – ‘Peel Waters Dragon Boat Race’ collectively raised over £35,000
- Nugent Care ‘Gala’ raised collectively over £100,000
- Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice – ‘Tough Mudder’ directly raised over £2,000
- Nugent ‘Sleep Out’ collectively raised over £15,000
These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to social responsibility, and we have a big announcement coming on this front soon…!
Welcoming New Talent and Celebrating Growth
We grew our team in 2024 with key leadership appointments, including Barry Roberts as Non-Executive Director, Neil Hoey to Construction Director, Neil Hudson to Commercial Director, and Brenda Harrop to Finance Director. We also celebrated internal promotions across our Commercial Teams, highlighting our focus on developing talent from within.
