Greetings to all our valued readers and welcome to our monthly newsletter, reflecting upon the bustling August that has just passed!

With so many of our sites abuzz and teams tirelessly working, it’s been an exceptionally busy season for Krol Corlett Construction.

Among the myriad projects that have kept us engaged, it is with great pride that we highlight the teams’ substantial contributions within the education sector. From ambitious builds to meticulous renovations and fit outs.

Our endeavours have been focused on shaping the futures of students and staff in renowned institutions like, University of Manchester, University of Salford, University of Liverpool.

Our new website is launching in a few weeks and will share case studies on the remarkable transformations that have taken place within their campuses.

The website will also share the wider education works complete this summer such as St Helens College, Sandbatch High School & 6th Form College, Sharples High School, Fleetwood’s Flakefleet Primary School, Cottam Primary School, Witton Park SEN and so many more…

We recently captured some fantastic drone footage of the build, watch it below:

What a transformation! A disused – working farm to luxury high end bespoke development.

We recently completed build and handed over these 10 truly unique homes set in a stunning semi-rural development in Barnston.

This is a conservation area, so where possible, we sympathetically restored features in-keeping with their character, including retaining and recycling sandstone masonry back to its former glory.

These exceptional homes are in a variety of styles including barn conversions with contemporary design elements as well as unique remodelled, redesigned, and new build homes with beautiful character features.

This was a competitive tender won by our new build team, that was both a challenging and rewarding scheme.
